Make sure to ask a question that can create a bit of discussion. Avoid questions that can be answered with a yes or no. “When, Which, What, Why, How” questions tend to perform well. Dare to be personal in the video and give some background to the question.

Give your panel a name and description that makes it feel exclusive. Something that a panelist will feel proud to be a part of. Hearing someone say "I am a panelist in the Innovation Panel" is more likely than "I am a panelist in Fall Campaign 2019".
