You invite your customers to the panel yourself. Select from your customer database, involve customers that you have interviewed before or customers who get involved, for example, in your social channels. You invite by sharing a link with those you want to be in your panel. You can share the link in an email or via social channels together with a short message about why the customer should join. Customers who want to join click on the link to your panel in Panelista and register via email, Facebook or Google. A good sized panel has about 100 customers. Once your target group is on board, you can create video questions and start the conversation. If you want to work with different target groups, you can easily have several panels with different focus.
